2012 EPIC Tournament
Yardley-Makefield Soccer Club will be hosting their 24th Annual All Girls Soccer Tournament on May 11th - 13th 2012. As we go into our 24th year we once again honor long time Tournament Director and YMS coach Bob "Doc" Dougherty. Though Bob is no longer with us, he is still remembered for his dedication to this tournament and to the club over the year. Once again we host this tournament in his memory. The EPIC has grown to be one of the most popular tournaments in the North East. This year will be our most geographically diverse tournament to date, with teams from as far north as Canada, and south as Virginia. Levels of play range from premier to competitive. All 11 v 11 games have a three-person referee system while 8 v 8 games will have a one-person referee system except for championship games which will be three-person. All teams are guaranteed at least 3 games.
