BASC No Refund Policy: Please be aware, no refunds of any amount will be allowed after a team has been “accepted into the Broken Arrow Soccer Club tournament”. Teams will be accepted beginning April 14 as sufficient numbers of entries are recieved. Withdrawals must be made prior to acceptance. BASC incurs certain processing and other fees once a team has been “accepted into the tournament”, as a result BASC cannot refund any monies back to the team, coach or parent.
Penalty Box Disclaimer: BASC and City of Broken Arrow Indian Springs Soccer Complex Policy on use of the Penalty Box: Teams will not be allowed to warm up in the Penalty Area before games, at halftime or after any games. This includes warming up the Goalie. The only activity in the Penalty Box will be during actual play during games. This must be observed by all teams. Please advise your Players, Coaches and Managers about this Policy. Potential removal from Tournament play will be imposed on any teams found in violation of this policy.
