District 4 CCSL 2015 Spring League Application

District 4 Spring League Applications are now closed.

Late applications may be accepted on a space available basis.

Spring is a developmental season, with liberal guest player and rescheduling rules.
Brackets are primarily self seeding, teams should request the bracket that best reflects their developmental goals for the season.
Teams requesting to play up in age group or a change in their bracket will be reviewed and should supply supporting information in their Application Notes.

Teams are required to have two DIFFERENT contacts, with different emails and phone numbers listed in the Coach and Manager section of their GotSoccer account.

Team Fees: $100 * U11 teams will play 11 aside

A portion of your fees are used by District 4 for local programs and services.

Spring 2015 age groups are the same as Fall 2014
