The Spring Warm-up
A Premier Soccer Tournament in Central PA
March 3-4, 2012
Get a jump start on the spring soccer season with this three game minimum tournament in beautiful and “warming-up” central PA. This tournament will be played on Field Turf soccer fields to minimize the impact of weather related field conditions. The tournament will be held in and around Hummelstown and Hershey, Pennsylvania for the age groups specified below.

Note: The Tournament Committee may combine or eliminate age groups and/or recommend moving teams up to the next age group dependent upon the number of applicants. If the need occurs it will be discussed with the affected teams prior to implementing.
Eligibility
You may enter U-12 through U-18 teams with a maximum of 18 players. Teams and players must be registered with a national affiliate of the USSF, typically either US Club Soccer or with their respective state or national association (US Youth Soccer, AYSO, etc), and must be born during or after the year indicated by the Age Division in which they are to compete. A maximum of three (3) guest players per team are permitted. Authorized player passes/cards will be verified against the official team roster at registration.
- Teams from outside Region I or Connecticut and New Jersey must have a "Permission to Travel Form signed and stamped by their Association if registering using US Youth Soccer credentials.
- No such permission to travel is required for teams traveling as US Club Soccer registered teams.
Registration
Team registration will be held at the Lower Dauphin Middle School tournament headquarters one hour prior to first game. Teams will be required to present player passes, certified state rosters, guest player forms (if applicable), and medical release forms for each player at registration. Permission to Travel forms for Non-USYS Region I sanctioned teams are to be received by February 15, 2012.

Format and Awards
All teams will play a minimum of three (3) games. Teams will be placed in Divisions within their age group according to their ability. Individual player awards will be provided to the top two teams in their Division.
Application and Tournament Fee
The Tournament entry fee is $500. A check or money order made payable to LDC United Soccer Club must be submitted as outlined on the application form. The Tournament fee is non-refundable after team selections have been announced (see Tournament Cancellation in Rules and Regulations for noted exceptions). Teams not accepted will be notified and the fee refunded.
